"Owner portal’s been easy enough"
The owner portal is easy to use, honestly. I can check my bookings and payouts quickly without having to, like, click through a bunch of random stuff. It’s simple, which is kind of all I needed.

"Damage claim took a bit longer than expected"
They handled my damage claim alright in the end, but the updates were slow and I had to follow up a couple of times. Anyway... it did get resolved, I just wish the communication had been a little better along the way.

I’ve been using Evolve for a little while now, and for the most part the payments have shown up on time. There was one that took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating, especially because I didn’t really feel like anyone was paying attention when I tried to get clarity on it. It wasn’t a huge issue in the end, and overall it’s been reliable and easy enough to track, but I do wish the communication felt a little more personal...

I had a question about my booking and didnt think I’d hear back that fast, so I just sent the message and figured I’d wait around.

Evolve Vacation Rental support got back to me quick and helped me sort it out without a ton of back and forth. Felt like an actual person understood what I was asking, which was nice. I’d use them again for sure

Booked through Evolve.com and felt like we got a fair deal for what we paid. The place was clean, check-in was simple, and there weren’t any weird booking surprises, which I appreciated. Compared to a few other sites I looked at, the price was definitely better. The only tiny thing was a bit of confusion with one detail before arrival, but it seemed totally preventable and wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d use them again.

"Booking Was Easy for Me"
I booked a cabin through evolve.com it was smooth on my end. I could see the dates, price, and fees clearly before I paid, which I appreciated because I don’t like surprises when I’m booking something for myself. The confirmation came through fast too. So far, I haven’t had any issues, and I’m just hoping my stay is as easy as the booking process was.

"Fine overall, but the fees were confusing"
Booking was straightforward at first, but then the price jumped more than I expected once the fees and taxes finally showed up. Like, why not show that earlier?? It was a little confusing seeing the total change near the end.
The stay itself was okay, and support did get back to me, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish the full cost had been clearer from the start

Evolve was super easy to get in touch with, and whenever I had a question, they got back to me quickly. The updates were clear, clear enough that I never felt like I was guessing what was going on. It made the whole booking process feel way less stressful

We had a small issue pop up at the house, so I reached out to Evolve Vacation Rental not really knowing how long it would take. To my surprise, they got someone out there faster than I expected. I did have to follow up once to keep things moving, but after that it was handled smoothly. Overall, I was happy with how it turned out

"Refund went smoother than I expected"
I had to cancel my booking, and from what I remember, I was nervous about how long the refund would take. Evolve responded quickly, and the money showed up sooner than I thought it would. I don’t remember there being any back-and-forth or hassle, just a straightforward process. Definitely appreciated how easy they made it.

We did get some bookings, so I can’t say it was a total miss. But the revenue ended up feeling lower than we were hoping for. I mean, who doesn’t expect a stronger return when bookings are coming in?

The place was right about where the map showed, which was nice and made it easy to find. It was just a little off when it came to the driveway entrance, but not a big deal. Overall, I’d say the directions were reliable and worth trusting.

Overall, I had a really positive experience hosting the guests from Evolve. They were respectful, kept the place clean, and there weren’t any major issues during their stay. Communication could have been a little smoother at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d be happy to host them again

"okay stay, but Could’ve been cleaner"
Stayed at an evolve rental and it was fine overall, just not as clean as I was hoping. The floors felt kind of dusty, and I noticed some crumbs left in the kitchen. The bathroom was mostly clean, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but the place didn’t really feel as fresh as I expected. Not terrible by any means, but I’d probably only book again if the cleaning got a bit more attention.
